"I've been with Kids Konnection for the last 6 years and its been an amazing process. Every question or concern is always answered promptly and I feel so comfortable dropping my children off knowing their day homes are regulated and safe. Rhonda has made every step of finding the right dayhome a stress free process. I couldn't recommend them enough!"
When it came to finding childcare for our boy who was not even a year old at the time, I was so nervous. I had lucked out and had gotten an interview with Chantel. From an instant we clicked which I found was a huge comfort to have when sending your child to someone you don't know. She has been the best thing, my son was so comfortable from the start and has learnt so much from her and the other kiddos at the dayhome, she communicates so well with us as parents and cares for our boy as if he is her own! If I have ever had questions, the agency has been so great at responding! We are forever grateful to her and your agency!"
"When we started looking for part-time childcare for our 3 year old twins, Razzle Dazzle was the first agency to respond to us. They were friendly and answered all our questions without hesitation. As parents of bi-lingual children, with neither of the languages spoken at home being English, we were nervous that our children would be lost and feel overwhelmed not understanding what was going on or what other were speaking. Sarah at Razzle Dazzle was able to find a dayhome provider that spoke one of our languages at home and that was looking for part-timers! After a visit to the dayhome and meeting with the provider, we decided to start transitioning our children to dayhome! Once they needed to go to dayhome full-time, we felt our children were familiar with the English language enough to switch them dayhomes as our first one only offered part-time spots. We found another dayhome within the Razzle Dazzle Agency that met our needs. Fast forward 3 years and our children are now full time in school. Throughout the 3 years our children attended dayhomes in the Razzle Dazzle Agency, we have been happy with the support and service we have gotten, especially from Sarah. Both dayhomes our children attended were amazing and we have 0 complaints about them. I would recommend 1000% Razzle Dazzle if you are looking for a dayhome for your little one, they listen to your needs and always keep that open communication with parents!
Thank you Razzle Dazzle team for the wonderful dayhome experience you have given our family!"
"Razzle Dazzle has been amazing! I am so glad my private dayhome is registered with them. They are super friendly, helpful, and super responsive. Having access to the subsidy has been really helpful for our family (which they have guided us). Ask any questions and they will help! Highly recommend going through them to find the right home for your kiddos."
" We have had our twins with Razzle Dazzle for just a little over two years now and the care and attention they have received from the first dayhome to now their second one has been absolutely amazing!!! You can’t put a price on having someone watch your children while you are out working but the two ladies we’ve had have been absolutely phenomenal and we couldn’t ask for a better dayhome providers. I’ve never had an issue with administration and have always received a prompt response for answers to questions that I’ve had. Way to go Razzle Dazzle!!! "
" My son has attended a private licensed home through Razzle Dazzle in Red Deer for the last year and words cannot express how wonderful the experience is. Pat loves all the kids as her own, offers educational activities and crafts and my son has flourished. What a pleasure it has been.
Additionally I have had a really great experience with the agency as well. They are always available if I have questions, and are quick to respond.
Truly lucky to have my son attend their homes!"
